INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION
Frasers Property PFD | Chullora

The comprehensive Chullora project included the construction of 115m of 3-cell culverts with an in-situ slab, 400m of besser block walls, 400m of sandstone walls, 1km of stormwater construction, and 2 x Rocla CDS 2018 GPT units. We also re-established the natural river – with jute matting and macrophyte vegetation, as per council request. Finally, we supplied, spread and compacted over 50,000 sqm of hardstand pavement and carpark area.

Garfield Road | Residential Development

The Garfield road project commenced as a 220 residential lot subdivision consisting of demolition, earthworks, road construction, retaining wall and servicing – within the Blacktown City Council LGA.  The client was satisfied with our work and awarded us with Stage 2 which involved construction of an RMS intersection on Garfield Road, East Riverstone.

INDUSTRIAL AND RMS SUBDIVISION
Orchard Hills and Mamre Rd Intersection

The Orchard Hills development was elaborate, consisting of the development of 48 Hectares of industrial land and resulting in 11 industrial lots plus a signalised RMS intersection. Simmons Civil Contracting completed all construction works within the designated time-frame – including site clearing, stormwater works and road construction. Bulk earthworks were also included in the project, with 480,000m3 of fill.
